During a preventive patrol at around 12:50 a.m. last night, police officers spotted a vehicle immobilized in the back of parking lot P9 on chemin du Lac Meech in Chelsea, and noticed that the driver was naked behind the wheel. The Ottawa man, who was alone in the vehicle, told the officers that he had stopped to change his clothes. The problem was that only the clothes he was wearing at one point were on board, and nothing else. In short, he had to put his clothes back on before receiving a $509 fine for being naked in a public place. The officers finally left without being able to get to the bottom of the story
