On September 18, at around 10:20 p.m., a 17-year-old driver was involved in a collision on Chanteclerc Street. In all likelihood, the driver lost control of his car as he exited a curve where speed may have been a factor. The driver and passenger were uninjured, but were assessed on site by paramedics. The driver will receive fines for operating a vehicle without a proper driver’s license and for having alcohol in his system
