Did you know that the Emergency Call Centre (ECC911) of the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais Public Security Service serves not only our MRC but also two (2) other MRCs in the Outaouais (MRC Pontiac and Papineau)? That our personnel plays a crucial role in the daily activities of our operations and that without their dedication, courage and professionalism it would be impossible to operate properly? The last ice storm was an excellent example of their expertise when it comes to managing calls in massive quantities and emergencies. Hats off to you and thank you!
