The MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais Public Security Service is seeking to identify two individuals who, on the night of July 10, 2023, between 03:15 and 04:15 a.m., caused mischief and stole gasoline from vehicles in the Farm-Point sector of the Municipality of Chelsea.
The suspects were driving a blue 4-door Subaru Impreza WRX STI, model years 2012 to 2014 with a rear spoiler. The car also had an LED bar on the front. The suspects are believed to be between 17 and 20 years old.
