On Tuesday, November 28, the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais Public Security Service marked the retirement of Céline Lefebvre, Director of the Libère-Elles women’s shelter. Ms. Lefebvre is stepping down after 16 years of loyal service. Céline Lefebvre has been director of the organization for the past 7 years, and over the years has built a reputation as a tireless leader who is not only committed to the cause of violence against women, but also to offering the best possible services to women in the Collines-de-l’Outaouais region.
