Press release: Territorial Transfer of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette.
An important step has just been taken in the transfer of the municipality of Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette from the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais to the MRC de Papineau. The three municipal institutions are pleased to inform you that the Council of Ministers approved, at its meeting of December 15, 2021, the decree that allows this transfer.

Appointment of the Acting Warden of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais
In accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting municipal territorial organization, Marc Carrière, warden of the MRC, has appointed Mr. Guillaume Lamoureux, mayor of the municipality of La Pêche, acting warden for the period from December 16, 2021 to July 16, 2022.

Chelsea, December 1, 2021 - On November 24, 2021, the Council of Mayors of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais adopted a 2022 budget of $30.2M. The budget, in the uncertain economic context, provides for an increase of 5.18%, while meeting the orientations of the 2019-2028 financial framework and the 2020-2025 strategic plan.

Chelsea, November 17, 2021 - The President of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais, Mr. Claude J. Chénier, would like to inform you that the warden elected during the election night of November 7, Mr. Marc Carrière, was sworn in on Tuesday, November 16 at 9:00 a.m. in the offices of the Municipal Court of the MRC des Collines located at 216 Old Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

Preliminary results of the warden election for the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais.
Chelsea, November 8, 2021- During the municipal election held on Sunday, November 7, the citizens of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais chose to elect Mr. Marc Carrière as the new warden of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais. He succeeds Ms. Caryl Green, who held the position for the last four years.

Procedure for the tabulation of votes for the election of warden.
Chelsea, November 5, 2021 - The Office of the President of Election informs voters that the announcement of the results of the election will be held on Sunday, November 7, starting at 11:00 p.m., when the President of Election of the MRC des Collines will have in his possession the enumeration of votes from its seven member municipalities.
