CALL FOR PROJECTS

MAINtenant ensemble

The launch of the MAINtenant ensemble project, consisting of the implementation of a multidisciplinary team dealing exclusively with domestic violence cases within the public security service of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais; took place on Thursday, November 25 at 11am at the Wakefield Community Centre.

Property tax sales

Please note that the 2021 property tax sales will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at
10:00 a.m. at the Meredith Centre, Chelsea.

Council of Mayors

Due to the exceptional circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, please note that the Council of mayors regular meeting of Thursday, June 17th, 2021, 7pm, will be held by audiovisual conférence through the ZOOM digital platform.

Reality of policing livre vert

The Municipalité régionale de comté des Collines-de-l'Outaouais (MRC) participated in the public hearings of the Comité consultatif au sujet de la réalité policière (CCRP) on the Livre vert Réalité policière au Québec : modernité, confiance et efficience, tabled in December 2019 by the Deputy Premier and Minister of Public Security, Ms. Geneviève Guilbault.

The MRC offices located at 220, Old Chelsea, Chelsea are closed to the public until further notice. If you
require any information or if you would like to request a document or request a revision of your land
assessment, please leave a message with the Land Assessment Department at 819-827-0516, ext. 2239

MESSAGE FROM THE PREFECT

“Wash our hands and stand together.” This moto from the City of Trois-Rivières is inspiring. I thus ask residents of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais (MRC) to stay at home and respect social distancing measures in the face of the COVID-19 emergency and to wait before moving between neighbourhoods, between municipalities and between regions for now.

COUNCIL OF MAYORS MEETINGS

Following the entry into force of Decree 177-2020, adopted by the Government of Quebec on March 13th , authorizing the council and the executive or administrative committee of any municipality, metropolitan community, public transport or intermunicipal board to sit In camera.

Weather conditions

Despite the weather warnings currently in effect, the Municipal Court wishes to inform you that court sessions will take place as scheduled in Papineauville on February 27, 2020.

REELECTION OF THE PREFECT

At the last regular meeting of the Council of the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais held on Wednesday, November 27th, 2019, members of Council proceeded to the election of the Prefect as well as the appointment of the Deputy Prefect.

THE MRC OFFICES WILL CLOSED
